Frequently Asked Questions

How do you see your work evolving after graduation?

I hope to find a role where I can directly impact users, through UI improvements, user research, or analyzing user behavior to recommend future projects that better serve their needs and preferences.

How do you balance your technical skills with your creative side?

For me, coding feels creative. It’s like writing in another language, part puzzle, part expression. When you know how to put the right pieces together, you can build almost anything. So I don’t really see creativity and technical skill as separate; to me, they’re part of the same process.

How does your study in Interactive Media influence your work?

Studying Interactive Media at MTSU helps me combine creativity with research and technology. It teaches me how to design digital experiences that are user-friendly and meaningful. This education shapes everything I do, from art and writing to planning game campaigns and creating digital content.

How do your interests in art history and modern media influence each other?

What fascinates me about art history, especially ancient art history and archaeology, is that it shows how humans have always been the same. The world and our tools have changed, but our minds and souls have remained constant. This idea influences how I approach both my art and design work.
